  • Okay sounding. However, pretty hackneyed from a composition standpoint--since this type of stuff has been done since the early sixties--at least. I like the sound mix. Some interesting stuff there. Entertainment value, whether aimed for or not, is poor.

  • @kurd55 thank you for your polite comment although it is not positive. well... I'm aware I'm not a Stockhausen-like musical genius :) however Etheric Bodies has a complex score and consists of very accurate cue points between instruments (with a mix of strictly notated and improvised parts), live electronics and fixed media parts. live electronics consists of a big Max/MSP patch controlled by me and Anna at the same time (we can say we are a unique instrument joined together).

  • @kurd55 two Arduino boards are used to interface the 4 sculptures and the sensors assembled on them with my laptop and Max/MSP. ok I think it's enough, but I'll be happy if you'll give a look to the score, if you want I can send it to you. finally, I know I'm not suitable to defend my work… but obviously I don't agree with you opinion ;)

  • @emjantonin I never questioned the complexity of this score or your composition skills, per se. Both are undoubtedly top notch.
