This is base on a true story. we called his ship the Romman candle. I was about 10 yrs old me and Lt.Col.Kirk got on help him strighten his wireing and blasted off into space. He was scared his wife was terrified kirk and I were cool we've been all over the galaxy. we took him to Mars to get him to plant any thing that might grow.

You can't copyright the idea, only its specific expression. You patent NOVEL ideas, that you can make work.

Heck if you go back you will find Robert Heinlein's Rocket Ship Gallileo has roughly the same plot.
