would rather have a 1377, if you want .22 just get the .22 steel breech and a 2240 barrel from crosman and convert it. i have a Benjamin 392. one of the older ones from before the redesign. the major failing of it and these pistols is the one piece barrel/breech assembly and brass as the actual barrel material. its a beautiful gun, just one that's hard to maintain or repair or upgrade on your own. gotta love the Benjamin marauder though. best air gun i've owned.
I love this gun! I have an old old (25 years plus), still shoots great. Sites suck, through, and the trigger pull is a little stiff, but even so, it's been very accurate for me. Thanks for the video.
twenty second caliber, twentieth caliber, XD .And hunting Large game with a twenty two? not even close. deer are medium game, large game is an Elk, Moose, Caribou, Grizzly, etc. and someone who earlier said you need 1000 ftlbs is a little misleading, 1000 is a little less then a .223 remington, and will only drop a deer with a headshot. The minimum for a heartshot is widely considered a 7.62x39 or 1500 ftlbs, a 500 ftlb cartridge is Very irresponsible on anything other then small game.
@MrAirgunlover i was agreeing with you, just saying even 1000FPS wouldnt cut it. Maybe 1000FPS with a 50 cal though XD Thats like, 500 ft lbs which i guess with a PERFECT headshot, would kill most deer.

@MrAirgunlover Not large game, large pests. a large pest would be like a rabbit or somethine. 1000FPS isn't enough for large game, even with .22. That would generate maybe 50Ft lbs, and deer require up to 1,000 or more.
I want to buy an air pistol whith enough power to kill rabbits and squirrels in 20 25 meters and i dont want it to be too expensive that is the only reason i m not buying the 2240 becouse it is co2 and that costs alot and only 40 shots .I m looking to buy something good but if possible not co2 crosman 1377 is good but it is 177 and u have to pump it 10 times so i need fast loading .I dont know if 2240 is as good as people say i might buy it.What do you think i should do?
@Braxipelma dude, co2 is perfectly fine for small pest control. You don't need to shoot them 40 times to kill them, some guns go 500FPS which is enough to take care of small birds, but not squirrels.
I recommend the browning 800mag. Its 700 FPS, break barrel, and works through its cocking mechanism. only $150
he said its good for small pest and large pest. whats a large pest? can i kill this coyote that always bugs me or is that too big? does my nieghbor count as a large pest?
@screamit1 No! best thing to kill the coyote is to put some of your mother's cooking out on a plate and the coyote will come and eat it. The animal will surely die from your mother's terrible cooking, however, it will be a slow and painful death for the coyote. lol

@screamit1 If your neighbor is Peter Griffan. And an elephant is considered a large pest.
