The message in this ad is not demeaning to religion in any way.

Unlike Madonna Ciccone freak videos and concerts, it's not sexual.

Nudity does not necessitate sexuality.

What matters is INTENT. There's no anti-Catholic intention behind the ad.

It wasn't necessary. It was just chosen. She is a model. Her body is a body of an angel, so they chose to use it.

It is modest. I don't see sexuality here, I see beauty. Of course there's some underlying eroticism, but you can't ever escape it.

If you look at a crucifix, you can see a half nude male body. So?

Oh my, I am all for this cause. that was some of the saddest footage I have ever seen it makes me so sad. However, why would PETA use clear symbols from the Catholic church which clearly does not condone immodesty to get their message across? It just seems to me that they want to piss off Catholics and ridicule our religion instead of sticking to the main point. Ppl will do something seeing those poor animals not some naked lady pretending to be pious. ppl need the right motive peta, not porn.

Joanna looks beautiful, and her rescue puppy is so cute!! Not that I would encourage getting a particular breed of dog when there are plenty of beautiful mutts out there, but for those that insist, a really high percentage of dogs in shelters are purebreds. there is absolutely no need to buy a dog, and encourage overpopulation.
