  • so your point is dont waste time????

  • It's a bit more than that, it's about spending your precious time on stuff that's strategic to your vision ... as opposed to just keeping busy. :)

  • so you mean spend your time that will support your vision?

  • yes that's the idea! :)

  • Thank you for the Video, Pls keep it coming...very educational!

  • One of the things I have found that has enabled me to manage the "a lot going on" issue is to be extremely organized. I've also found that in this day and age it helps to understand how to use certain software applications like MS One Note and MS Outlook (most people only use a fraction of what this can do).

  • Great beginning. Keep it up!Give more examples and HOT TIPS!!! THANKS

  • appreciate ur video

  • "When I choose the activities I am going to engage in they need to be matched to my priorities,to my values, to my goals, my vision for my life, and my business.." That is so insightful, very wise. Thank you!

  • Good content and well thought out. This seems more like life advice but it certainly could apply to business. The presentation seems logical and is well though out.

  • Very Good. Sometimes we need to here the obvious for it to sink in. I did something Simular when I started my company and it very quickly showed how much time I actually had and where I could invest it. It certinally worked.

    Great Video.

  • I tend to "gold plate" jobs. Meaning that I spend too much time on a project making it perfect. Sometimes good enough is good enough!

  • This was very helpful. Great way to improve time management!

  • Agree on that. Very insightful, even though i wasn't expecting this really from business tips.

  • Heard This Before....Thanks!
