They don't prove anything. The bad driving in the end was done purposely.
The man works for Ferrari and makes millions in addition to the millions he made in F1 racing. It doesn't make much sense that he is the Stig for Top Gear as a hobby or "job".
Personally, I don't think Michael is the Stig but I have no valid proof to make that statement just assumptions. Top Gear just made this whole episode to throw their fans off on who really is the Stig. Ben Collins is my best guess.

He isn't the Stig, because at the end of the episode it says this: Jeremy Clarckson, James May, Richard Hammond, The Stig, and special guest Michael Schumacher
