Yes, malays do join the Guards fighting brotherhood and they make excellent soldiers.

My section was mostly Malays and i enjoyed fighting alongside with them.

When will be joining the Guards family and into which unit?

1 GDS or 3 GDS?

I was a 2SG in Alpha "Rawdy" Company, 1St Battalion Singapore Guards, 12th Mono-Intake.

The appointments i took up was Asst. Platoon Sergeant and later on, Asst. Company Sergeant Major. =)
