its just amazing how different camera angles, zooms and pans can make people look so different, Its just like them fake infomercials, There is nothing real about these before & after pictures. You people are so gullible LOL

I couldn't tell I had lost weight either. A few years ago I had lost 65 lbs doing weight watchers (had more to lose but stalled). I honestly couldn't tell the difference until I went into a craft store and walked past the aisle with 7 foot mirrors. Seeing my reflection made me jump. lol I stopped walking, turned to the mirror and was looking at myself like HOLY SHIT! LOL

wow i can tell a differnce u go girl! ive been on a diet for 29days and im not losing nething. i only lost 1 pound lol i work out 30-45min a day everyday and drink so much tea and water and eat healthy. what exercises do u do?
