7. We need to search for a Mutual Fund

A few points:

1) Saying that the U.S. legal system is based on Roman law is analogous to saying modern mathematics is based on Greek mathematics. No conspiracy theories.

2) Saying that there are "two kinds of law" and distinguishing between civil law and the UCC is inaccurate. Civil law is referring to statutory law. Common law promulgated in the courts, e.g., courts of equity. The UCC is adopted by the states individually; it is statutory law. There is nothing mystical about any of this.

Distinguish "natural person" from "person." There is a huge difference. A person is a legal entity, a natural person is a human being. Seems like you are purposefully trying to ignore the facts to prove your point. A thing is not a person. Legal writings refer to people as natural persons, look it up in black's law dictionary. Also, before freaking out about UCC, realize that UCC is not the law. UCC is a series of suggested rules that are written by American Scholars. Some of these rules are adopted by the states (not federal government). UCC does not govern in international trade transactions (treaties do). Also, unlike the communist manifesto, UCC promotes free trade and commerce.

The paper with the footprints is an application for live birth. Read the top. The actual real certificate you never see. It's created by the Secretary of State's office upon receiving the Application, and transferred to the DTC (Depository Trust Corporation) You can obtain a certified copy with a Notary seal, which is also clearly labeled Certified Copy.

These statements are self-evident.

That card guarantees a sort of trust that is set up in our name with the social security administration, but the joke is that the trust isn't really there. The rules for contracts differ for goods than service contracts(common law governs those).
