I was filling the cheap rockets with about 3 grams of flash or so and they are impressive.. The rockets i use are around the diamiter of a penny, just pop a hole in the tissue paper up top and fill full of flash, then use duck tape to plug the hole. Maybe 1 in 20 would explode before leaving the launch pad to add a nice thrill aha..
@manvstaco haha all i did was emptied all of the top out, kept the stars and replaced the powders with flash :) mixed the stars in and prepared to shit myself lol
