• saaaaame

  • i love the movie and the music i love that one song straw berrys feld for ever.

  • excelent

  • awsome video

  • Yea only the coolest movie ever

  • is it from a movie?

  • It's Called Across the Universe. Thats why it says ACROSS THE UNIVERSE in front of it. *sigh*

  • ahh i wanna watch this movie sooo badly. have been wanting to watch it since the minute it ended the last time i watch it lol

  • I love so much this film...

  • Is the single edit different from the soundtrack version? I have read it was released as a single... Any information about it, please?

  • Really well edited! Great tribute!

  • fave song in the movie.

  • i sweat this movie and the beattles i wish i lived in the 60

  • this is really good!! i love this song!! its like, one of my favorites &you made a really good video for it.. ((:

  • Fav song out of across the universe other than I Am The Walrus

  • really really love this song

  • bellissimo film!!! davvero dolce e poi ricco di preziosi riferimenti non banali... luv

  • I like this song!

  • amazing

i kinda hated lucy for a long time haha

cosah what she did to jude lolzz

it is still one of my fave songs from the movie XDXD

  • I will admit- evan rachel wood did a very nice job in the movie. her singing is very beautiful and well done. this is one of my favorite songs in my favorite movie.

the only part i feel, she really belted and pushed the high note at 1:55 and it did not come out that great. but it almost sounds like a punk rock note. :) either way i still give her a plus!

  • I think she may have done it intentionally as a nod to the rock sound of the 60s and 70s.

  • COOOOOL =O

  • SO SirReal.....

  • awesome!!

  • Her voice is so pure! I'm so jealous. PLUS she got to kiss Jim Sturgess HOW MANY TIMES? Ugh. Jealousy!

  • I freaking love this movie

  • So good but too short

  • Apparently she wants to get into music and out of acting.

  • jeez. she has such a good voice.c:

  • even rachel wood was BORN to sing old beatles songs.i read in an interview that when she was very little she knew the beatles would be very important to her life.can't wait for her next movie, she is a fine actress(in both senses of the word)

  • I luv this song and movie

  • i love this movie <3 <3 <3

  • the actress is evan rachel wood who was also in the movie thirteen

....its kinda funny that she did this movie seeing as shes dating marilyn manson and the music styles are complete opposites

  • Very nice!

  • i like this better than the beatles version

  • i agree. i think a girl was meant to sing this song. i like the modern twist evan gave it.

  • love the movie!!

  • The Beatles version is better.

  • I think I prefer the music to the movie.

  • I love this movie, but when I listen to the soundtrack it seems to be more polished

  • i love this song sooooo mcuh.

  • I love this is put togather.

  • i love dis song

  • the movie is awesome and now i am addicted 2 it!!!!!!

  • at least they didn't try to copy the beatles style!

  • That is the main and EXACT point..they did not try to be the Beatles but used their music as a love movie and they all did a good job in this movie!! p.s. - who was the actress that sang this song? thx

  • this song rocks just like the movie.

  • awesome vid and i love this song so cool ^^

  • thats just horrible!

  • this is a really good video! i luv this song and this movie!

  • I may be a little late on this, (I've never seen the movie, but was thinking about watching it today) but all the songs in ACross the Universe are songs that the Beatles sang. I think that's pretty cool, and they make sure to add in their own original bits so as not to completely copy the Beatles. Coooooolness!

  • wow. r u serious??

  • No shit

  • She sings great and it´s one of songs I like from The Bealtes. I think that is the first song from their second album ¨With The Beatles

  • I don't like when Beatle songs are copied.(They are and always will be the best MUSICAL GROUP ever), but this young Lady has quite the voice and she did this song justice..

  • I thought everyone in the movie did justice to the songs, except for the Mr.Kite number-that was just creepy. But you are right about the Beatles, they are the best.

  • You thought Bono's covers were good? Hiss were really bad.

  • Sick voice! Altos represent! I'm singing this song on Thursday at a show my boyfriend is doing. yays

  • who ever doesn't love jude go die!

  • She has a FANTASTIC voice.

  • I love Jude

  • ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥Love THE WHOLE MOVIE♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Gotta love Jude!

  • What a load of crap. Look at the Beatles singing this on Ready Steady Go instead.

  • Of course the Beatles are better. It's the BEATLES, for God's sake. But that doesn't make this version crap. Evan Rachel Wood has a great voice and I think she did the song justice. I could have done without the little girls as background singers...kind of grating.

  • Hear, hear! Ditto! I love this movie! The Beatles will always be the the best at their own songs, nobody's trying to say when they make a cover of songs as classic as those of the Beatles that their version is better! They're simply showing their love for the original music without trying to copy it. Which I think shows real respect.

  • my fave song from the movie!

    bestest movie ever!!!!!!

total acid trip but absolutley kickass movie!

  • i love this song, and the movie is just great as well!

  • omg i <3 this song my sister and i do this like duet she is lead and i m the background!!!!

  • one of my favorite songs on the soundtrack :]!

  • that was a REALLY good video!!!

    keep up the awesome work!!!

  • ohh hell yeah one of my top three

  • this is an awesome song. i can't stop listening to any of the songs from the movie :) which is now my favorite movie.

  • this is my favorite song from the soundtrack. i can't get enough of it.

  • Few hours ago seen it in cinema. Awsome, Georgeos, Unpredicteble!

  • Where can I get this film???

  • its notcomeing out till the beginging of february something like the 5

  • i was at the cinema today evening , it was great , i cant w8 to see it again ...

this song is great and so is the film .

    ohh , Beatles rlz .

  • oh great...marry me ;)

  • Ok,but you are the girl 8==D

  • the dvd comes out 2/5/08...cant wait

  • I love this song, I love this movie, I love beatles!

    love all!

  • Ay que linda canción!! Excelente cover! Sta Chica cantas genial, no le pide nada a los Beatles... Pero los Beatles, son los Beatles! Yeaaah!!!!

  • Dude, way to give away the ending to the movie.

  • this is one of my favorite songs from the movie. I didn't even like the Beatles or Across the Universe before, but now I completely changed the way I thought about the movie and the band.

  • i like this version too

  • I don't like the way it is brought... I mean, it lost it's rock n' roll feel. I like it better when the Beatles sing it. But, she does have a pretty voice.

  • At :7, I thought I saw a small picture of the Beatles behind Lucy's head.

  • The quality isn't high enough to tell, but I think you're right

  • noo shes waiting for her boyfriend...till I belong to u..maybe sleeping with him

  • I kind of think she means marriage... Lucy seemed like a bit of a prude at this point in the movie [not that being a prude is a bad thing. I am, too. haha]

  • no! she is waiting for her love to come home, not her brother!

  • listen stpfdstrs,

Lucy is looking forward to her brother Max coming home from college. Thats what the song's message is in the film all right? You put feminism to shame.

  • actually, she's waiting for her boyfriend who has joined the army to return. he's supposed to come home, but he dies before he makes it back.

lucy isn't a feminist at the time of this song..

also like to point out the song was originally sung by guys... it was the beatles saying that they would "belong" to a girl.

  • Lucy was never considered a feminist to the film.

    She was a peace radicalist.

  • Well IIIII like this song.

    So there.

    Besides, she can sing.

With the exception of the last note...

  • this is a disgrace to all womankind. listen to her sing to her boyfriend about "it won't be long till I belong to you." This is another example of overdependency in relationships. Her identity is nonexistent when the boyfriend is not around. who is she?

lyrics aside, though, i like the song. seriously.

  • Well, who is she?

A girl that obviosly is crazy about that guy.

    Nothing wrong with that.

  • i so understand your feminist view...though the song is good..i think it was just put in a different context in the movie, hence a somewhat antiwoman message... :)

  • i'm a female too, i like this song, i love the beatles, the beatles, wrote this song they were males.. so are men saying it's discriminatory to them? but you are being very dramatic and overly concerned, she loves her boy friendshe might want to marry him when she says til i belong to you, but seriuously reall over concerned

  • I love this song!!!!!!

    the beatles rock

  • WHAT is THIS! Beatles songs sung with american accents do NOT work.

  • but still you view this clip right..still your curiosity eats up on you..anyway that is hoe Beatles make an impact to us even on making a film using their song...am not so sure but there would be a musical play soon straight from the film

  • My only comment haha...I watched this video and then went to the theaters and was completely shocked to see that she isn't singing about Jude.....but thats what I get for listening to the songs before watching the movie itself haha.

  • Her voice is so powerful! wow I love this song...i'm still loyal to the beatles lol but I really like this version

  • i like this version better

  • I love this song, I love Beatles... long life for the beatles' music.

  • my dad dosnt like this versian but he loves beatles LONG LIVE THEM AND JOHN !

  • Yeah this is deff. my favorite song in the movie.

  • It wont be long is my favourite

  • well done ,admirable~

  • for some reason, it seems like they made it so that Jude's old girlfriend and him were kind of dark meaning like dark hair, and they always had them together in dark lighting, and Lucy and her boyfriend were light (in the same way)and then when they came together, they were in normal light......I don't know

  • Lucy's supposed to be a goody-two-shoes girl. Jude's a rocker type of kid. Partying all the time. While Lucy is into all that college, gotta-do-a-lot-of-after-school-activities kind of girl. Until the opposites attracted.

  • wow i so know what you're talking about. Thanks for that though now I gotta go and watch this before it's out of theater

  • did you make this video? it's really good

  • They were all amazing singers in this movie! They did a great job covering for the beatles!!

  • No they didn't.

The Beatles are lightyears beyond this junk cover.

  • I agree.

  • I love how Evan Rachel Wood sings this song. Just beautiful.

  • took the words right out of my mouth

  • love love loveeeeeeee!

  • Oh yeah..All My Lovin'. Thankies.

  • My favorite song from the whole movie.

Evan Rachel Wood has got to be the best double-threat out there!

Good luck on finding another one of her.

  • What's that song where Jude is singing on the boat and he's like "I'll pretend I am kissin' the lips that I am missin'"??

  • i think its "All My Lovin"

  • All my lovin'.

  • 'All my loving' .. the beatles obviously.. from their album 'with the beatles'

  • yeah it's all my loving.

    love that song !

  • she has such a beautiful voice!

  • I love this song!!!

    Suenote

  • i ♥ it soooooooooo much!

  • I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT!

  • WOW!!! i had no idea tht she could sing lyke tht.... amazing!! i want to see this sooo bad!

  • omg... best movie EVER!

  • I had no idea Evan Rachel Wood could sing until ATU, and she's wonderful!

  • The movie was so aMAZING!

  • to livetolove33:

yes even rachel wood's rendition of 'if i fell' in that one scene of the movie was completely live...she did it perfectly in one take

    found the info on wikipedia

i love this song and the vid is pretty cool

    across the universe is amazing

  • I love this song...I just wish she had sang it about Jude lol

  • I nearly died sitting there in my seat. Ohgod, I wanted to sing along so badly. It was just impossible for me. Luckily, the friend taking me along is a total douchebag, and she punched me in the arm everytime I started to hum.

    What a spectacle.

  • So the one who didn't want you to annoy virtually every other person in the movie theater was the douchebag?

  • Yeah, the very same! What a douchebag, eh?

(For the record, I meant quietly...)

  • I can not believe how amazing her voice was in this movie! I never knew she could sing. I hate when people sing beatles songs but every one in this movie did me proud. Heah,if Paul McCartney gave his aproval then that's good enough for me.

  • Yeah she is. Hooray for older men! I never knew she had this talent for singing! Beautiful.

  • isnt she dating marilyn manson..??

  • was

  • theyre done?

  • the cast was on Oprah last month and the director said everyone sang their songs live in the movie - which I guess in unusual. They all had great voices & I never thought I'd like other people singing Beatle songs, but I loved this movie - it was soo hard not to sing along

  • Not that unusual actually. A lot of musical movies have the cast actually sing their part. For example Moulin Rouge, Hairspray (and other musical-made-movies), Josie and the Pussycats, Johnny Cash, Ray etc...

    It's quite awesome. =]

  • Jamie Foxx didn't do the singing for Ray..that was actually Ray Charles recordings

  • evan rachael wood has such a beautiful voice

  • I was blown away by this and "If I Fell". Extremely good voice.

  • did you know "if i Fell" was completely live in the movie??

  • jude was one hoooooott babe. ahahha. :]] his accent just about killed me. i luuuuuuuuurved the movie with all my little heart. it was insane!!!!

  • Movie blew my mind.

  • JOHN LENNON! Give Peace A Chance!

  • i just saw this movie on friday..

it is now one of my favorite movies..it was awesome.

  • I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!! I am sooooo anxious for it to come out. Its driving me CRAZY!!!!!!

  • Does anybody know if that is actually her sining? Because I know that Jim Sturgess did all his own vocals. I love the harmony in this song. it is great.

  • yeah that is evan rachel wood singing

  • the main character guy is gorgeous

  • i agree wholeheartedly.

  • So I love this song but the video doesnt make sense because Lucy was singing about Daniel because she had just gotten notice that he was finally coming home. It had nothing to do with Jude then. For all she knew, he didnt even exist.

    Oh well. LOVE that movie

  • This might have been the only song in the movie I hadn't heard before, and one of the best.

  • natwolfflove1- i gave your post a thumbs up. haha. mainly cuz o your screenname. haha

anyways, this part was cute. its a good song. evan rachels voice is amazing.

  • <3 this movie <33 saw it last night

cant get the music out of my head!!

  • yess i get to see it tomorrow because it's just coming out! i can't wait! i'm so excited!
