I have worked as a character at both WDW and DLR. These are DLR Cast Members. WDW got a hold of the video, and circulated it. It has been passed around for years.

It's hilarious when one is able to see the wild things that Disney character performers and friends do during after hours, among other times when not among the public visitors. This is just so amusing seeing Eeyore and company dance a la Michael Jackson back when he was both dark-skinned and very cool.

The story goes the Disney castmembers used to make these films every year as a means of venting their frustrations against certain philosophies of the corporate empire. Then ownership practices changed and access to the costumes was denied.
