Going underground is damn near impossible. The tracking network is extensive. Besides the large number of cell-phones that have short-range RFID scanning ability, cities have "traffic" cameras tied to scanners. Small aircraft can do longer-range scanning (when they were beta-testing system, I used to get a shadow pass over me EVERY time I traveled somewhere-pilots take "X marks the spot" photos for fun). The Mark of the beast is mentioned and prophesized eight times in the book of Revelation. There's nothing we can do about it...It WILL happen. The only way to avoid it, is to be ready for Christ...when He takes his Bride (the Church) home...or not be ready and be left behind. So the new way will be more power efficient. But then the new way will be subject to mass censorship (at will).
