There was a lightning storm I was in that lightning struck at least once every 5 seconds. Once, it struck about 20 yards from my house, it knocked down our neighbor's tree.

To the two comments below i believe it isnt rare to see that infact there is a certain type of lightning the ONLY strikes in one place

Very cool overnight Tstorm video you got...nice CGs and great thunder....cool commentaries too.... BTW..even I have several uploaded big nighttimed-Tstorm videos.....try viewing my super-7/28/89-Tstorm video...same with my 6/26/02- 8/14/05- and 7/18/06-Tstorm videos..all of those have lotsa good lightning ((bolts))at night...with lotsa good thunder.....
