  • I GOT 2 15" ROUND KICKER SOLOBARICS AND THEY RUN 1200 -1500RMS EACH WOULD A BRUTUS 1600 GIVE THESE SUBS JUSTICE OR WOULD I NEED SOMETHING LIKE THE BRUTUS 2000 OR 2600 I WANT 2 KNOW WAT AMP TO BUY MIND U I HAVE A 1990 CADILLAC BROUGHAM THAT IM GNA B CONNECTING THAT TO AND THE TRUNK IS AUTOMATIC

  • First Song - Three 6 Mafia - You Scared (Pt. II) Chopped & Screwed

    Second Song - Master P - I Need Dubs

  • wats that song dude???

  • im running a quantum audio 2000 watt amp bridged to 1 ohm running my 2 12" diamond dual vc subs in a vented box and it freakin' pounds. the amp was about 200$

the way i figure it is, if my subs are 500 watts rms each then if my amp only put out 50% of what it really is then im cool cause its rated at 2000 watts rms but thats not the case. so i can run the amp with the gain down and pound all day without overheating my amp.

  • hifonics is good for the price forsure. but the reason it hits 1945 outta 2k if cause fi have wierd ohm loads. the d2's really have a 1.4ohm coil each so either you can wire a single sub to .7 or 1.4 in series. so if you ran it in parallel then it would be under 1 ohm and be pushing more power than rated. and after 30 mins it would probly go into protect mode

  • Not this model brutus but the new 2010 models are CEA certified so the run True RMS. Not to say this one isnt because IDK but I sure its close. Nice amp and subs

  • whats the second song?

  • nice setup man did u set your gain with a multimeter if so how many watts are u giving them

  • i have this same amp!!! super d-class rocks!!! what are your settings? i have two lanzar maxx 12's. i bought my amp brasnd new from a friend for only 135!!!

  • i have 2 12inch rockford fosgate p1s an im gettin this amp will it push it too hard?

  • How did those d3s like that power you were feeding them? Ever get warm or smelly?

  • Hifonic really hit and they hit hard

  • sick setup 5 stars i have the same amp and i may get them do they handle more rms then the 400 stated ok

  • Comment removed

  • 1 ohm final impedance?

  • what is the song that you are playing i have better songs then this so dont try and impress yourself, i will trade you songs if necessary

  • lov diamonds check mine out

  • i gt a 12 inch diamond hex pro, powered by a JBL GTO 14001 1500 watts rms, it pumps much louder than this

  • look at the amp he is runnin, he is prolly only running about 800-1000 watts out of that amp max. hits pretty good though, step up to a 1000 watt alpine, diamond or fosgate and they will pound a lot harder.

  • actually the brutus series runs pretty true to the RMS specs i got a brutus BXI2010D powering a FI audio BTL 15 and at 1 ohm it hits 1945 true watts outta 2K

  • @NeoTokyo22 your really right about how good hifonics is also did u 0gauge all the way and did you upgrade big three b.c u can lose rms that way you should put out more if u havent done this and do

  • @NeoTokyo22 ...THERE RATED @14.4 and people run them with voltage drop and say there OVERRATED...LOL.....the Ignorance..i run BXI-2610D...it will do for sure do the rated 2600 Rms..you just need the electrical system to keep it fed...

  • @NeoTokyo22 Really? Idk I think they are inflated like everyone elses but to a lesser degree. Take the BXi1210D for example: it has an 80 amp fuse. Best case scenario, your car is running at 14.4V, so 14.4x80=1152 watts. But amps aren't 100% efficient. At 1-Ohm you're probably only looking at 70% efficiency which is 806 watts. And that's in the best case scenario

  • @NeoTokyo22 You are very, very wrong. They're okay for the price, but in car audio you get what you pay for it's that simple. I tried out the BXI1210D, running bout 13v at 1 ohm to my 15" L7, it sucked. I had the gains up bout 90%, and that hardly got it running. Compared to my older, Atomic AT800.1 which practically blows the L7 at 70% gain. Amps these days, which are priced low, is for a reason. They're as good as they cost. Not hating, but Hifonics is crap, bottom line.

  • @NeoTokyo22 yea most amps put out more then what they say, not under, hifonics is overrated.

  • @NeoTokyo22 power is not all that makes a good amp, just an fyi

  • @memphiskicksass i have the 06 1606d and i see 40 volts at 1.2 ohms so at least 1500 rms and i still have room to go up on the gain knob and volts setting from headunit

  • song..?

  • 36 mafia-you scared

  • I Have these same subs.. Check out my Video :D anyways.. i love these subs.. what are the names of these??
