0:14 definitely is not effective, but I don't think it's effective in the DVD's either. I was taught to use larger circular movements to symbolize yin and yang (om/yang). Same applies for the movements in Chil Sung Il Rho et al.
What belt/Kup are you? over all would say it was a solide execution (you seem very focussed), although the mentioned points, especially the last three, are important!
I like the large movement at 0:14, looks good, but is not that effective, i assume...

the way you did it made me indeed think of yin and yang... I think it's nice
in switzerland where i live, we don't have DVD's and such, I don't know what is shown in them.... (pity, though)
