  • *once he cuts the neck and pins the neck it isn't breathing. The nerve endings are still moving the body like a headless chicken* it's dead

  • thats an awesome knife!

  • This guy is very skilled with a knife. If I owned a restaurant I would have him being the one to fillet the meat.

  • @PACMANnot You kidding...right? Any Great chefs can tell this guy make even better cuisine at his home than any restaurants

  • @maxinpains

    Touche'

  • @PACMANnot

    Sure he is. LOL

  • Yes that's true Japanese they are very good at no mercy or feelings...

That's why they eat things why they still ALIVE DISGUSTING PLEASURE.

  • @farmingmanosss The guy is wrong when he says still breathing and moving. It may be mocing but is is certainly not breathing. The man cuts his neck at the beginning to kill it. The reason the body moves is because the nerves can still contract even after it is dead and the nerves from the head are detached from the body. An octopus's tentacle moves after you cut it off too but that doesn't mean the tentacle is alive (unless it's one of those weird movies).

  • @farmingmanosss

    You crazy or what? LOL

  • Yeah! That's the way to do it and the way I always do it, so what's the fuzz? I guess this guy slows it down a whole lot just to show the camera ...

hahaha ... I have never even tried this, to be honest. Once I ate three yummy pieces of eel on a Swedish X-mas smörgåsbord. Does that count?

    Damn, he's fast!

  • Why is he wearing white? Shouldn't he be dressed in red, with his job?

  • @ThePenFactory all kitchen workers wear white, its a sign of cleanliness and purity, it shows all stains. you can tell hes good at what he does because hes not covered in blood.

  • @bclug24 great comment.

  • you know it's a tradition in Japan to also eat the heart raw (:

  • @JustMichael1994 yeah maybe in the past like many other tradtions of many other ethnic groups.

  • That was the fastest kill i ever saw. Thumpsup !!

  • I'm gonna puke. theres blood everywhere.

  • unagi is awesome@!

  • I go to the same guy for my face work.

  • wow thats like something out of frankenstein becasue it was ALIVE!!!!! lols

  • the beauty lies in the eyes of the viewer

  • why must something so delicious be so cute?

(yes i think eels are cute, don't judge me)

  • they are a bit

  • I understand your pain. I have a tire track eel (named Bridgestone XD) a rabbit (named Fiver) and am currently helping out a baby squirrel for the weekend until the shelter opens up. I also think eels are cute, but I love grilled eel. Being an avid hunter I also eat rabbits and squirrels. Just not mine.

Why are tasty things so cute?

  • I love eel~

But sometimes i do find small bone in them! D=

  • man your so funny i subscribe
