  • He should NOT have been arrested! The woman was cutting through his yard! If you trespass on someones property and you just HAPPEN to see them naked, you're gonna have to f**king DEAL WITH IT! You don't wanna see a naked guy in his own home, DON'T WALK THROUGH HIS YARD!

  • I think the woman should be arrested for trespassing.

  • why is being naked so evil

god I sleep naked and whenever I'm alone i'm naked

and umm... why does this women even know...

  • There is something seriously wrong with the both the woman and the police that they thought the man was in the wrong, even though the woman was on the man's property when she show him. We have some very brain-dead people and some of them are in position of authority.

  • If that scenario was flipped and a naked woman was inside and there were a father + his son that happened to "stumble' upon this, there would have been a completely opposite result; the man would still be sent to jail though!

  • You creep the shit out of me and I like it.

  • i want to see you eating a sandwhich!

  • Indeed, it's a situation reversed. Before long men will be opressed and rise up under the Masculists name, opposing the feminists.

We're heading straight for a gender war :D

(jk ofc but all the while a possibily)

  • This has always been the case, hate to say it, but that the world. Deal with it. The man always takes the lower pass.

  • I was just kidding.

But I will say this, whatever the cause, lots of women take this behavior as a threat. Hence, we have these laws.

  • So what you are saying is you only like to expose yourself to adults.

  • I could turn this argument around and ask, why do some men have a compulsion to show their privates to little kids. They don't have a need to show their bare naked elbow, but for some reason showing their privates excites them. But why? Everyone has them. Why do it?

  • But thats the thing, he didn't do that. How could he possibly have known a woman and a kid were going to peek into his house THAT early? It's not like he got ready for it, he was making a bloody coffee.

  • His own roommate testified he was walking around the house nude wearing just a hat. He told him people outside could see him. The lady said he was standing in an open doorway and made direct eye contact with her and then walked to the front window as though following her. So he knew she was there. Another woman said she saw him too, this was hours later.

Do u really think he just rolled out of bed and made coffee? He was doing this all morning long. The evidence suggest HE is the one lying.

  • Aah, but tell me this, is an eyewitness evidence? Obviously not, for you see, they can be manipulated for to easely.

Let me suggest this: The woman sued him without think nor evidence and convinced a woman from her neighbourhood to testify in her favor.

Please keep in mind that -all- we can -ever- do is speculate, never assume like that when talking to me or i'll just end the conversation in jolly spirits.

  • An Eyewitness is circumstantial evidence. We don't know with absolute certainty who is telling the truth. But here's my real issue. The media broke this story as "man arrested for making coffee in the nude".This is what people saw and believed. The only reason the media reported it that way was because he went to the press and presented it that way. Now that is his side of the story. Her side is he wasn't making coffee, he opened his door and exposed himself.

    -more-

  • Part 2

But because the press gave his side more attention and the headline was presented from his side, people jumped to the conclusion he was telling the truth. People wanted to believe the headlines, no matter what. At the very least say, he could be lying, or she could be lying. Don't assume he is telling the truth because of the way it was reported. And now we have evidence that may be have lied.

  • Good one, but is this not the drama of every case? Who to believe?

Apparently they choose to believe her side as he was convicted.

To be honest i never looked at this from that media side and this definitely sheds some light on the possibility's of what might have happened. To bad it sheds no light on the actual truth.

  • @jtravis282 the eye contact and remarks from the lady was found to be false.. After investigators took pictures of where she claim to be standing and where she said he was, the investigators found that she would have not been able to see him if he was at the front door where she claimed she made eye contact with him at.

So it seems her report of him at his door was a lie, in order to get a guy arrested and to make it seem she was not just some peeping tomb crossing through his yard.

  • @Darkphoenix3450 Never saw that story. Got a link?

My problem with this story is everyone assumes he was arrested for simply being nude while making coffee. But let's get one thing straight, he was not arrested for making coffee in the nude which is perfectly legal. He was arrested because the police believed he deliberately exposed himself. This is a he said, she said case. But there is some circumstanstial evidence that she may have been telling the truth.

  • @jtravis282 No he was arrested because the person who reported him was the cops Wife. There was some information on the info used in the case. But oddly I keep getting a error, try again "wen I try posting the site on this youtube."

  • Well let's face it, it is men that usually have these sexual proclivites. I mean it is not very often women walk around in trench coats exposing themselves. I mean how many women hide in bushes and peep through windows, or hide hidden cameras in the mens bathroom.

The courts usually go easier on women though and that's not right. Just because that double standard exists, doesn't mean we should be bias against this woman and the other witnesses.

  • She claims she was not trespassing. A peeping tom is someone who goes up to the window and looks in, or looks into windows with binoculars. A peeping tom is not someone who is casually walking by and glances into a window. So no, I don't think it would hold up in court if they tried to get him on peeping charges.

However, if a woman did exactly as this man did and there is evidence she did it intentionally, then she should be arrested too. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

  • The article said other witnesses saw him that morning? Was the entire neighborhood trespassing and peeping at him?

  • She was walking down a path, she wasn't trespassing. She heard a noise and looked over, he was standing in a doorway nude, as she continued walking, he followed her to the front window. One roommate told police he thought it was odd because at one point Williamson took the curtains down, and then later put them back up. hmmm.

The Judge said, because other witnesses saw him, he believed he was doing it intentionally. And he probably was.

  • Lots of men caught exposing themselves from home. Google it. The cops will not arrest you if you are seen inadvertently nude. But there was other evidence that indicated this man was purposely exposing himself, including others that saw him do it(not just that lady), and statements made by his own roommates. He was convicted last month by the way.

But in a mob frenzy, everyone is yelling... she's an uptight bitch... it's the cops abusing our liberties...blah blah blah. Nope just a perv.

  • @crizzleslave

It's distasteful and disgraceful to post personal information about the victims. They did nothing wrong.

  • Why assume this guy is telling the truth? He was most likely exposing himself on purpose. He got busted, so of course he is going to say he didn't realize someone saw him.

  • She was a horny ol' bitch who wanted his big tamale.

  • knock! knock! knock! o.O hmm nice undies

  • if a woman was naked in her house and a guy walking by saw her naked... and the lady called the police that guy would be arrested.

  • but of corse, since the woman walked and went into his yard and saw the man, the man is arrested.. isnt it weird how in both of those scenarios, the man is the one getting arrested? hmm... Before you know it women will be able to own their own man-slave with a chain and chocker and everything...what a load of bull

  • Christian woman in this country are sick fuck ...thanks for the video

  • fuck off hupo haole mimi rednick woman

  • same with me graham i to walk around naked in my house when i am home alone it feels so natural FREEDOME lol

  • Yes your totally right they should have warned him first.

  • SupermarketsRevil I understand that you're defending Australians or the Aussie accent, but keep religion the fuck out of the discussion if all you're going to do is poke fun at it.

I'm sick of religious debates sparking in 20% of youtube videos completely unrelated to religion.

  • That girl should be arrested for being a peeping tom!!!!

    There is no justice!!!!

  • the woman should go down for l for peeping, trespassing and delinquency of a minor.

  • dude dont try so hard u giving us a bad image

  • my naboure is always naked when he is home and he is in his 70's lol the locals learn to deal with it so ts cray they did that

  • Got that right!

  • *sigh* only in crapmerica

  • LOL!

  • That's sort of... racist...

  • they should have warned the lady, you control your eyes. You are also a human, you have a naked body you were born with.

  • Its bloody ridiculous innit Graham. People should stop looking into other peoples windas

  • I'm sorry, but if you're trying to put on a British or 'Aussie' accent, then you are a sad, sad person...

  • @vivivivi: Why do you have quotation marks around Aussie? Is Aussie not a real thing?

First, I am an Aussie. I was born here, and have spent every day of my life in Australia.

Second, the slang word "innit" is not a word in common usage in Australia, but I have heard it used in general convesation many many times. That said, I (and others I've heard) use it slightly differently than the poms.

Third, Many Aussies pronounce 'windows' as 'windas'

  • @ viviviviv (continued)

Windas is just a short and informal way of saying it.

And you have the nerve to accuse ME of not sounding australian, fuck off.

North Melbourne huh, you wouldn't happen to be a bogan from Broadmeadows would ya?

You talk about how "Chocolate Rainbow Fire Ponies will take over the universe leaving burning ruins and rainbows behind them", a belief almost at laughable as Christianity (almost), an you question my choice of words?

  • I'm very sorry, I didn't mean to offend you, but it really isn't nice of you to question my beliefs, and no: I am not a bogan, I never was and I never will be.

By the way, I put the quotation marks around 'Aussie' because it isn't a real word. And just because I may have accidently offended you, that doesn't mean that you have to have a go at my beliefs, and the way that i write and talk. the way that I write and talk is part of a disability.

  • By the way, I may not be Christian, but I have quite a lot of friends (yes, a disabled person CAN have friends) who are, and they would be very insulted by that.

I completely agree with you on the Christianity being laughable, but at least the bible is a good read. (Old testament, not new)

  • @ vivivi: Whats you being disabled got to do with anything?

Yes, it is nothing new for christians to take offense at other people taking offense to christians insulting and barbaric beliefs. They can stick it.

You like the Old Testament huh? Yeah, I find holocaust documentaries interesting too. It's a good reminder of how NOT to act.

So what's your favourite part of the old testament? The genocide, slavery endorsement, sexism, or rape?

  • Being disabled affects my way of writing and speaking. it's called 'Aspergers syndrome', and it's a kind of Autism. It makes me obsessive compulsive about languages and art.

And by the way, I don't like the old testament because of any of the crude things that you suggested. I like it because it is a long book, and it's very good for car trips.

By the way, as I said, i wasn't 'having a go at you' so stop being so bitchy about it!

And I'm not a christian, I am an influenced athiest.

  • I sympathise with your condfition, but how is it relevant to a discussion about religion?

Im not really paying attention to ur comments, i thought you were promoting religion - but yes, a nice fairy tale for long car trips is one thing the bible might be good for...If you're a masochist at least.

Stop being bitchy? You try living in a world full of crazy deluded fools and see you act

  • I understand she can't avoid looking somewhere because of something she hasn't yet seen... but no, once seen, she CAN look the other way. Accidental or not, the only legitimate complaint would be that she was peeping. And really, what kind of example is that for a mother to set for her daughter?? Arrest the crazy, voyeur woman, not the naked man.

  • hahaha there idiots for looking in that direction.

  • You probably wouldnt fit? That was great. I think the woman should have been arrested for being a peeping tom. rofl rofl omg.

  • 7 year olds, dude.

  • but its just a naked man. people shouldnt be ashamed of their bodies. also, the mother and the child were walking through HIS yard.

  • Shut the fuck up Donny

  • I don't think he has to put some clothes on, I think he should just close his curtains. And the woman should mind her own business and stop looking through the windows of strangers homes. That's stalking and voyeurism.

  • lol, they could've warned him of public display, this was not intent, police state or what...hahaha, you make me laugh, cutey...and yeh, I answered the door to them once and they screamed to put something on, and when I did, they pushed there way in (5 of them, for a reported loud argument) and ripped me outside and into the van, yeh naked...I then sat in the cell for a while awaitin' my friend to bring me clothes...I had taken a sleepin' tab so was luckily not too shattered, law or control?

  • Wth? Sue them. That's fucked up lol. shiit man, if i was u id sue everyone left and right lol. violation of rights..

  • Lucky she wasn't in Korea where entire families go to ginseng bath houses and saunas completely butt naked, no shame just an every day part of life! A natural sociological normative in that culture. At some point in the day we are all naked at least once in our own homes...some of us are lucky enough to be naked on several occasions, We were born naked. If your over forty then for the most part (your own) nudity is rather ugly. But if you don't like it then you have the option to look away.

  • Yup, she is just a prude snob who thinks her child will somehow be affected by male nudity!

  • To:madjimms

Yeppp, I agree with ya ... she is deeply a prude snob... I don't beleive that a child gets affected in any way seeing a nude male.. I think the most natural thing is that a child in a family sees his/her parents with less cloths nothing to be ashame of ... well those officers have nude brains to arrest that chap... Every1 has the right to wear as much cloths as they wish in the own home. MY advice ... Place a note outside ya dooR saying..."

If ya peek ya will be arrested!!!

  • LOL!

    I'll try that sometime. =)

  • *woman* "oooohhh lets go for a walk......hmmm....look into this house...no someones in there....ooooo no one in there. i will steal later....OMFG A NUDE GUY!

  • WHY whould a mom take her daughter or son for a walk in 5:30 in the morning???

  • maybe the woman should be arrested for peeping

  • And being on his property.

  • Another thought on this.....if a MAN had been walking past with his child, and seen a naked WOMAN in the window making coffee, and if he had complained to the police, is there even the remotest tiniest possibility in the world that they would have arrested the woman??!!!!!! I dont think so..... more likely they would have had a good laugh among themselves!

  • they would've arrested the man for peeping

  • Haha, what an awesome jingle.

  • She should have been arrested for being peeping tom or maybe a peeing tammy?

  • lol this guy is cute

  • the lady cut across HIS lawn to peek in his window. She was wrong. The police were wrong. The man in his own house was right.

  • and she was married to a cop

  • i'd better put on some clothes

  • that´s so stupid i mean i think people should be able to be naked at their own houses i´m naked very often at home even now

  • BAHAHA! It happend to me a few times like 3 or 4 times.. and the second time I put my pinky up at him, and he got embarrassed. It was funny... but the last time we grabbed me, so that's why I got scared.

  • I want to see you naked.

  • that's bullshit, the lady should have been arrested .. btw pause at 2:17 haha

  • Comment removed

  • I don't think he should have been arrested. Cos I'm a 17 year old lad. and it gets to hot to always wear clothes. Also if a man saw a women in a window or something naked. She would have HIM arrested for looking in. So we need to think of equality here.

  • I think there might be more to the story, I think he might have seen them coming into his yard and flashed.

  • omg I would never go over to this guys house

  • One more time, Americans show the worl how retarded they really are. Thank you America for spoiling the world!

  • omg ur eyes pop out alot xD

  • He shouldn't have been arrested. He shouldn't have to be warned either. Is this a case of the "patriot act" running amok? What a person does inside the walls of his own home is his business. What's gotten into people in the US?

  • Mr. Graham, don't forget that this is America. A country full of dumb and idiotic laws, and mostly people. I may understand laws cause cultures change over time so laws must be revised otherwise there is no good life for anyone. Hell, the life would suck with say 50 year old law that says you can't have sex on Sunday. Religion or feds should stay out of that. Here, if I was a cop, I would arrest that woman for peeping, claiming he purposely exposed himself and just tell him to close his blinds.

  • This was big news here too.

    it was at 5:30 am

the way the law reads in most states here is If your Window blinds are OPEN and people can see you from the sidewalk, then you are in BIG trouble

If your Window blinds are CLOSED then the only way the lady can see you is to come RIGHT UP TO THE WINDOW and peek in.......At that point SHE is in big trouble....thats called a peeping Tom or Peeping Suzie

  • We have a right of privacy and that lady shouldn't be looking through the window

  • the women needs to fall down some stair's and land on her son

  • bloody hell thats not right to be arrested in your own house for something like that

  • why the hell was this lady looking into a dudes house? SHE should have been arrested for peeping tom!

  • or trespassing. She was cutting across his own yard.

  • He should have been warned. However, the woman and child were trespassing on his property anyway!

  • Jesus bad images in my mind! AHHH

  • Who was the cop? Barney Fife?, Rosco P. Coaltrane, or Buford T. Justice? Redneck cops, gotta love'em. The woman needs stay on the sidewalk or the street and not cut across people's lawns. She's probably an Evangelical christian conservative busy body who needs to mind her own damn business.THAT BITCH!.

  • The police shouldn't have done anything. The woman and child were trespassing on his property.

  • I think they should have arrested HER for being a peeping tom. If the situation was reversed that's what they would've have done to him.

  • amazing athiest

  • Hey you got yourself a new subsciber!!Nice video!!

  • yeah, they should of warned him thats more realistic arresting him from waking up and making coffe in his kitchen, which was at the back of his house the woman was cutting through his property!

  • warned him my ass lol shoulda took the damn lady to jail.

  • hmmm, arrest the lady for not being on his property and wasting police time not a bad idea

  • for not being on his property? report said she cut through his yard with a 7 year old at 5:30. yea its a great idea, peeping tom.

  • sorry miss type taker the "not" out :3

  • Great topic to talk about Graham!!! You know I'm living in Spain and here EVERYONE was laughing so hard at the same time we thought it was so ridicolous and outrageous. That poor bastard was AT HIS HOME doing nothing but a cup of coffee!!WTF?!Here it was on the news and all the comments were about why is the USA so concerned about this stupidity and not the kids going with guns to school...Looney...So absurd!-Take care big baby, lots of love xoxoxoxoxo

  • Man I agree with you and TheAmazingAtheist

  • Ok.. WHY was the old biddy looking in his window, anyway?

  • i subed CAN I HAVE MY HUG NOW!!!

  • Thank you for subscribing to my channel! Please enjoy my varied range of videos! :)

As promised, to receive your free hug, and to watch my welcome message, please watch the video called "Welcome New Subscriber"

  • tnx for the hug :)

i enjoyed it plus your videos RULE

  • this is my first video if watched of yours. and your already my hero lol

  • What a ridiculous charge. . . but I have heard that in Virginia you can be arrested for drinking in public if you can be seen from the street IN YOUR OWN HOME. These laws need revamping.

  • And they say United States is a free country... what a joke!

  • thats what were comming to be...america the land of the offended. *sigh*

  • What the f**k was she doing taking her son for walkies at 5am? I don;t remember having to get up THAT early for school.

  • I think they should have arrested the woman for tresspassing or for being a peeping Tom.

Imagine it in reverse. Imagine he'd called the police because she'd been naked. They still would have arrested him, because in nudity cases, women are apparently infallible.

  • Wow, no one could have said it better. Fuck feminist laws.

  • Arrest? No

    Warn? No

Start worrying about someone else? Yes

    Excellent vid Graham

  • This man was in his own home!!! No one saw him from the bus stop!! The peeping tom and her son were CUTTING ACROSS HIS LAWN!!!!

They were trespassing and what she did falls under peeping tom laws. This mans character is being destroyed for making coffee in his home naked, just because a zealot and zealot in training cut across his property and are obviously still ashamed of a naked human body and should be laughed off as adults with near childlike intelligence!

  • -- They were trespassing

No, to be trespassing on property without a "No Trespassing" sign you have to be specifically told to leave or not trespass.

Otherwise, it is considered to be open to typical community use, a right of way.

  • LOL sounds like a republican was told something by someone how heard it from someone who made something up. No you don't need a sign for private property.

Like you would need a sign on your front door reading its not ok to rob my house. You know just in case someone robs your house you are covered. *rolls eyes*

  • Comment removed

  • *who not how

  • Thus, the trespasser must not simply unwittingly traverse another's land but must knowingly go onto the property without permission. Knowledge may be inferred when the owner tells the trespasser not to go on the land, when the land is fenced, or when a "no trespassing" sign in posted. A trespasser would probably not be prosecuted if the land was open, the trespasser's conduct did not substantially interfere with the owner's use of the property, and the trespasser left immediately on request.

  • Should police arrest him? No.

    Should police warn him? No.

Should the woman be fined for screwing with a part of the legal system (multiple systems as this goes to court)? Yes.

  • he could also be labeled as a sex offender and has to post his name and photo with the sex offender child molesters. Now that would be bad.

  • "Yes I wasn't wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was DARK and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me," he said. If it is DARK and the lights are on-anybody can see CLEARLY the person inside and he should have known that. Including CHILDREN.

  • ah but they were cutting through HIS property. So why isn't SHE considered a peeping tom? If a man saw a woman naked in her window while he was on her property, that's what he would be called. So using children as an excuse is a poor choice, this is america, that kid has and will see worse watching his parents store bought and internet subscribed porn.

  • It was his property but it was night, windows wide open-and any ignoramus knows anybody can see clearly lights on and dark outside-like duhhh-not caring for a second a kid could be seeing a naked man. If he wants to prance around nude he needs to keep his window curtains drawn. And you don't have to be on his property to see his cock in plain view. Public exhibition done on one's property does not make one exempt from the law. And yes he COULD be charged as a sex offender.

  • It was a side window though, although a big one. Yes he should have had the curtains closed but he probably didn't even think it was possible that anyone would be looking close enough to his window that early in the morning to see him.

So yeah he should shut his curtains next time, but it is ridiculous to punish him for it.

  • So why is the mom prancing about in the dark on someone else's lawn at night? Again, why isn't SHE the peeping tom? If you look at his home, it was a set of small windows on a door, you'd have to be looking for detail, if it were a gigantic window that took up a whole wall space, then I would see why the mom might be pissed, but at the same time, that still didn't give her the right to trespass. Also, why is this detrimental to children? Why can't the parents say, yes that's what a dick is?

  • Wow, just managed to find a video about this. The video was big but it was too the side and it was still dark, he didn't expect anyone to be going down the street let alone look to the side of his house. It was not like he even thought it was possible for someone to see him, that is such crap. It is just wrong to try to get him in trouble for something like that.

  • Hmmmm, depends, if it was a big front window where he pretty much was showing himself to everyone going down the street then I can see why they would be so angry about it but it sounds like he was just minding his own business and the people glanced into his house while cutting through the yard or something like that then what is the problem. I agree, you really can't say until you have the full story.

  • I agree with that. I don't know the full story.

  • I think this is stupid! She is completely over re-acting! But public nudity is understandable, I faced something like that... the "flasher" he used to run face me naked... it was very disturbing. :S

  • I had a guy who did that to me. In front of the public library of all places! Instead of being afraid I looked at it, and started laughing-saying you need a magnifying glass to find it. HA! HA!

  • It's outrageous that she could be such a cunt as to press charges...

  • This woman's husband is a cop. This is an example of abuse of power as well as prudishness.

The cops in this country are terrible. It is no wonder they get no respect. Most people have contempt for them and would much rather trust an average drug dealer than a cop.

  • Yeah, america is pretty bad.

  • People should be able to be butt naked in the public park! The human body is not something to be ashamed of and censored and Christian-inspired shame and prudery of nudity is not something to be legislated!

  • he should sue that stupid woman for trespassing. She cut across his property without permission... isn't that ilegal?

  • to bad it wasnt texas, he couldve shot them for tresspassing

  • I'd like to take a moment of your time to tell you that America is a loser country.

  • Agreed. Everything is stupid as fuck here.

  • I don't even think they should've warned him to put clothes on. I think they should've went to his house and warned him that he's neighbors with a crazy bitch. That's about all. His property. His naked ass. Too bad.

  • Yanks are WIERD about nudity, he should sue her for making a crap complaint! I'll still be naked at home when I choose LOL

    5*

  • we yanks are pretty weird, but you are normally allowed to be naked in your house. Its outrageous that she is suing him for that.

  • It wasn't really meant to be offensive but more a suggestion that Yanks need to enter the 21st century with attitudes toward nudity ;)

  • They should have warned him that there was a crazy woman peering at him - and that perhaps he might be being stalked.

  • he shouldnt have been arrested they looked through his damn window they were peeping he did nothing wrong

  • They should of called the woman an idiot and never showed up at his house in the first place

  • i think there should be a petition to get him out of jail and have the woman charged instead i think alot of people would sign it considering that most of these comments say this is ridiculous.

  • She is making up the whole thing. No too many kids want to get up a 5:30AM. Something is not right, but since she is marry with one of the police she can do what ever she wants.

  • we shouldnt even have police

  • Here's something further to the story.

The woman and her child were cutting through his yard. They saw him in his backyard on the way to an alleyway which was a shortcut to his house.

Again, she and her son were tresspassing. So shouldnt she get charged for being a peeper? Peeping tom? peeping jane? laugh, whatever its called

  • You look like homer :D

  • They should just have warned him,i'm naked when i'm home alone :/ it's a manly feeling

  • No shit! What evidence did they have to arrest him?? So now we just go by someone's word...hahahahaha..what a wonderful system we have.

  • the woman is a disgrace to all of humanity for complaining. Someone needs to run her over

  • No he should not have been arrested.

The woman should have been arrested for being a peeping tom (tomathina).

  • The bitch had no right to be on his property in the first place. If she was just walking through she would not have noticed, but it seems to me that she was purposely looking into this guys home. What the fuck??? They should have arrested her for calling in something so retarded.

  • the best thing is it was 5:30 AM and it was dark, AND in his property! not walking on the street, she was walking trough his garden taking a shortcut :D

  • Bet if it was guy who saw woman naked in the house, the guy would still be arrested. :p

  • I think the police shouldn't have done anything. It was HIS home and the woman was crossing HIS yard. He was inside the damn house.

So... If you hate someone really bad, you can just go and look trough his window when he/she is naked then call the cops and the person gets jailed for 1 year.

    :p

  • plus a possible sex offender mark...

  • Yea... :S

  • Hmm, don't think he should be arrested

  • you cant justify 1 year in jail, 2000$ fine, life on the sex offenders regester and the fact she was on his property at 5:30 looking in his window with

"She probably had to answer a lot of uncomfortable birds/bees questions "

what was she doing at the time in the morning with her child trespassing on some ones property any way.

  • She was probably concerned for the child and I can understand that. She probably had to answer a lot of uncomfortable birds/bees questions after they saw the man. If it was innocent and he wasnt flashing than he shouldn't have been arrested. I walk around naked too and it is completely innocent but I make sure to pull the drapes first! Maybe he needs blinds?
