they did a great job on remaking this song as they did in remaking land of confusion. I get a bit annoyed by die-hard fans of the older stuff being re-done. Im FROM the 80's and in my opinion, this band NAILED those two songs!! EPIC!!

I love both versions of the song. When I am angry I hear the Disturbed version of Shout and when I am sad and nostalgic I listen to Shout by Tears for Fears. Both are great songs and create different emotions. That said. STFU :) and listen to the music. :D

After seeing Disturbed's cover of it in the related videos, I was curious as to how badly they ruined the song. My expectations have been met. Many people like Disturbed, few do not i'd say, and those few (like you) shouldn't listen and then go say Disturbed sucks, that is your opinion, keep it to yourself.
