They're portraying the characters in the anime that they voice act. Mai plays the character Nagisa and Ai plays Tamao. The two of the characters in the show are lesbians (it's yuri, people!), Tamao being a lesbian for Nagisa (but Nagisa ends up with someone else). So they're showing this off by being lesbians in the ending video.

Plus, every guy watching yuri likes sexy asian girls at the end of a video pretending to be lesbians :)
