@AdamMc2003 my Camaro pretty much stock runs what the Cobalt ran modded through the 1/8th, however the Cobalt trapped higher, it was definitely a faster car, on the highway it'd have walked off and left my SS Camaro, I beat more than one '10+ Camaro in it, in fact, went 3-0 against them(well more pulls than that, 3 different cars)... of course now, i'm fairly sure all 3 of them were stock and with just a tune, it'd be over for the Cobalt, even full bolt-on on 23psi
@robinhood21112 when i had my 09 ss/tc i was runnig 13.9 in the 1/4 stock. i dont remember what i was trapping and never got to run it down the track on freaky fridays after i got my trifecta tune
@arnoni11...V8??? it was a turbo 2.0L that sucked at launching on street tires, lol... from 40-120 it'd hang with stock LS2 Vettes so it wasn't really a slouch from a roll...
I tried that accelerating in 2nd and letting off the gas... Speedo climed another 8-10 mph.. I guess you are right. I always felt like this car keeps accelerating even after clutch and gas are disengaged. I thought it was so powerful at low rpm for turbo car that it was catupulting the car after load. Guess it was the speedo lagging the whole time!
I don't understand why our cars state that they do 0 to 60 in 5.5 seconds stock. yet you have every power enhancing mod (except for nos or bigger turbo and intercooler) and you are still hitting 6 seconds...You would think if stock was 5.5 your should be hitting high 4s with that tune... My stock ss/tc hits 60 in 7 seconds.. WTF is wrong with these cars.
@demetrios77 bro...our speedos are soo laggy it is rediculous even if you have thr digital rpd unit like I do.....try this...do a second gear pull and lift of at around 55 hundred rpm then look at how much the speedo still keeps going up AFTER you lift off....lol its actually pretty hilarious
@imashankusobad... considering every Aussie car worth a fuck(holden) is v8 and is powered by an AMERICAN V8... kind of a terrible analogy... if it weren't for the LS1, LS2, and LS7, Holden never would of had a car worth a shit, lol
