@emmyday01 This form of exercise wont help u shift much fat. U need to do cardiovascular exercise love. It may look fun and may help a bit but its mainly strength and balance. Shifting fat cells requires a different kind of stimulus to this. Why dont u take a brisk walking for 30-40mins 4 times a week on an empty stomach in the morning before breakfast? The other 3 days- in the afternoon for say, 30mins u can do pole dancing and/or weights just to tone up ur muscles. Dont forget to diet too. GL!
