  • He plays so beautifully. Amazing touch.

  • Better then song because this fine interpretation gives open space for imagination. DIVINELY.

  • Beautiful sound. It might just be me, but it feels a little too 'happy' for the lyrics (of the original Lied) - not so much the middle section in G major, but rather the outer sections in G minor, especially the opening section.

  • Beautiful performance! such a nice lied too.

  • wonderful song and wonderful transcription. I have heard once Michel D'Alberto performance and from then loved the piece immensely.

  • The melody at :25-:27 is so simple, yet it is profoundly beautiful... I highly recommend reading the lyrics while listening to the original lied version, so that you can see how well the phrases reflect the words of the poem... I too am surprised this transcription isn't easier to find - it's gorgeous!

  • Where can I find the sheet music for this piece? I love this song and would like to play this transcription.

  • me too...and it is one of the transcriptions I cannot find the score...and it seems that the people around me don't even know what I'm talking about...

  • Wonderful

  • very very nice playin'! *thumbs up*
