many gregorian chants were written in latin back in the medieval period and early rennaisance. I would imagine that composers of epic music such as this piece would still use latin for their lyrics. Greek was also used back then, in case if it isn't latin.

They did say that somewhere (either on the Internet or somewhere else) that there was a misprint on the titles of the songs - that they got all mixed up. This could be the reason why your observation is conflicting with everyone else's. However, the real title of this song IS Prelude to Paradise.
