@MoonAlley1 Oh no, not at all. That suit of his "Cascade", was made by someone else. I don't remember who though. I'd have to patch you through to Keegan himself and he could tell you who made the suit for him. These suits are usually made by private individuals vs. commercially made by companies. I got to Wear Cascade this year at a con and he is quite fun to run around in, though vision can be tricky:p.
Its not so uncommon, but typically its kids you see who are afraid of the big fuzzies:p. Maybe the "Mall-Bunny/Easterbuny" freaked her out or something back in the day:p.
