Instead of coming up with a password with numbers and symbols why don't you just use a password generator. Those things will whip up something really secure for you. Also, if you want to store the password, just use an online password manager. I use mashedlife, and it just keeps all my data safe, and I don't have to deal with remembering crazy passwords.

I use a elegant app for OSX called" 1password" it works great. The app puts the passwords in the OSX keychain.( this is an encrypted storage location)
