Dj hero is just the companies way of cashing in for the idea of guitar hero. they realize the huge success of guitar hero so now they've brought out another "hero" game trying to make money. And sadly it's working because some deluded people think dj hero is actually revolutionary. Ii accept that Dj hero is an adverage game, but seriously, it's not that good.

the game was made by totally new people. mostly DJs. The game is entirely dfrnt from GH except the star power/euphoria and 10 guitar mixes. you need to play the game first before saying its average cuz it takes more skill to play on expert than GH. Its well worth $120 since you get 93 songs with the disc, thats like more than double what you get in GH3 when it came out since its the first popular GH game. I only bought it cuz it gave you 93 songs to play, its over 10 hrs of music.

Look here, its fine if you rock music over hiphop, blues, jazz, techno, house, trance. fine by me, i liek rock songs too (GH3 had best songs). These songs are made with quality by actual DJs and by many of the world's greatest DJs at that. It takes a lot more shit to make a DJ hero song than just charting out notes like GH do. They have to pick 2 songs then make as many remix of it as possible and pick out the best ones, thats a lot of quality work so get your facts straight.

I'm wondering what the DJs in the "DJ Hero" world use to "tap" or "beat repeat" because at every tap, they tap a button or something on their mixers if you look closely at their hands as the tap gems come down the Vinyl.

theirs a cross fader button and three main mixing buttons the green one is used for playing notes on the first record the red one is for sampling and the blue one is used for playing the notes on the 2nd record and the cross fader is to play either one record at a time or both.

No but I mean in the actual game, the character's mixers have like two buttons on either side of the faders that play the notes coming down the highway, but I think in this video there's a Lemur-like touchscreen at 0:11 if you pause and look above the mixer. I think the characters use that for "Taps".
