Jagex is doing the constitution skill to encourage new players because the noobs were tired of hitting 0s so now they can hit a 2 instead which would usually be .2 or registered as 0, in essence jagex is stabbing its old loyal players in the back in order to get new customers, i canceled my membership today, do the same if you want the to change it back, the only way to get change is by cutting off the money.
