yepp it can happen. my father broke someone`s arm. he looked up and thought a branch from a tree broke, than he saw it was the other`s arm.
btw, i played arm champs 2. made +90kg, although i`m lefthanded and had thin arms.the record in the arcade was 93kg, from a tall guy with very big arms.
i wonder what will happen if you put your head under that arm when it come down....
