The law doesn't apply here. Free speech is a public right in America but not when you're on a privately owned site. As such youtube is privately owned. They're just offering their site and services for us to use for free. If they decide they want to shut us down, its their right and the law will be on their side. There was no agreement that they wouldn't shut you down - just an agreement on our parts that we wouldn't plagarize or break copyrights.

what happens to is if you comment on videos and the people dont like it, they flag my videos, then are taken off. i bet the youtube staff doesnt even look at the video they take off. because they took 1 off while leaving 1 that was alot older then weeks later took the older 1 off.
