At this time, this video is outdated and should NOT be used. This was well done and was accurate in 2008, however APA is now in the 6th Edition and this video is based on the 5th edition. As such the cover page instructions are incorrect. If peakdavid wants to edit this for the 6th edition that would be great, but if that is not done, using this to help students is just going to make them incorrect.
@wonder--Did you just look at the title? On the title page in the video is an annotation explaining what you just said and a link to a video covering the 6th edition. Please keep in mind that YouTube is used all over world, where some schools still use the 5th.
I have directed students to the videos before and figured they would at least know to look for the newest citation style, but they didn't. A simple heads up and a link would make them aware of the changes and direct them to the Sixth Edition video, which I enjoy I might add; it helps to freshen up on knowledge periodically and your videos do help to watch or listen to while doing research.
