Hey, it's better that it was an awesome 26 episode series, rather than a 100+ episode borefest full of fullers. The number one reason I drop anime series is because of the damned fillers.

Do you realize that they are only called "fillers" because the anime episodes aren't found among the manga chapters? Otherwise, they wouldn't be fillers, would they?

You'd think animating a series might take longer than produce than it takes to publish a single manga. Such is usually not the case; think of how many manga chapters usually get animated in one episode.

The longer the series goes on (if you want the anime to keep going) the more likely will be the need for "filler" arcs/episodes.

Yeah, I understand that, but it gets rather annoying after a while. Apparently, the Japanese never use reruns, that's why we get stuck with fillers...
