Can you please make a video about all the buttons in a cockpit of a Boeing 737-300 and what they do? I'm training to be a pilot, I got into the school about three weeks ago, and it would be great if I could learn about all the buttons of the cockpit on that specific aircraft! Thank you!

@WolfsbaneShiranui fsx is like less than 40 bucks now i think, and if you have a mac able to run x-plane, get a cheap copy of windows XP and install it with boot camp, boom install FSX, x-plane in the garbage, where it belongs. :)

@43kingtiger ready for pushback, cls 747 had a superb graphics, but the cockpit isn't fully simulated, ready for pushback have less details but the cockpit is fully simualted, so if you want a plane easy to fly choose the cls 747,but if you want to fly an airplane like the real pilots, with all the gauges simulated choose the ready for pushback 747

747 from original prototype to 300 series are manned by 3 crew, 400 series and the -8 series are manned by 2 crew as the result of introduction of glass cockpit.

In front of the main throttles is for reverse thrust but behind the main throttles.

@LuqmanHak1m It's for the flight engineer to pull the throttles back to climb setting on takeoff while the two pilots are concentrating the climb. if you look at some concorde cockpit takeoff videos you will see they do the same there.

The 747 cockpit between -200 and -300 has no differences. Differeces came from customer options. Some required 3 AP's some where content with 2. Some had DELCO Carousel INS some Litton 92's etc. These where later replaced by FMS or NMS. BA 747-236 where fitted with a Honeywell FMS system and a moving map display in front of thrust levers. I flew all "Classic" models and am lately again current on the type though I unfortunately fly the A320 for now.

well i know that the real B747-300&200 have three auto pilots ABC but this aircraft in FS has only two AB, and also the real 747 has INS near to the HDG selector, but this aircraft dosen't have it, but it use the NAV1 insted, why???

With a beast like that, you really need to enlist the help of a co-pilot.

I use something called "Multi Crew Experience", and for many things, i just give voice commands, and see them executed!

No it doesn't. I sent my copy back for a refund as the reported BA version had tape instruments. Based on the KLM model only. Also, the autopilot controls do not follow 747 classic functionality. There does not seem to be even 1 good 747 classic package.

I was referring to the CLS version. However, the RFP also suffers with unrealistic autopilot controls and poor engine performance vs altitude data tables. I wish someone with modelling expertise was prepared to develop a realistic model of the classic 747 cockpit. Sadly I do not.

This is FSX, Also known as FS10 (Flight Simulator 10 or X) You can get this for around £30 and not sure about other currency's. This is an excellent game, but....you also need a descent computer with some good compenents. You also need a joystick to actually play the game to it's full potential or even a Flight Yoke.
