  • It's rare someone covers music and does such a good Job . Do you play any Chapin , Nillson, Croce? Really great Stuff...Keep on Keepin on.

  • Very kind of you to say, thanks! I do the odd Croce song, might post one some day.

  • This is the second video today I've watched of yours.

You certainly pick tunes to strum to which match your voice perfectly. Very soulful brother!

  • I appreciate that...thanks a lot!

  • Grooowiiiee.. Very nice.!!

  • Thank you!

  • great version.

  • Thanks!

  • SRV was find example of guy who found his voice. He learned to sing years after he was known for blowing the roof off the barn. Now he considered one of the blues singers in Modern times..

  • Yup! Thanks!

  • Sorry I can spell Don....SRV was a fine example of guy who found his voice. LOL.That's what happens when you can type faster than you speak but don't have you reader peepers on....

  • Great, I like your singing, great voice!!!!

    See you, Frank

  • Thanks Frank!

  • I like the song.

    Very nice performance. 5*

  • Thanks Judy. Great piano playing BTW...gonna check it out some when I get some time.

  • I knew this would be great after hearing what you did with Paul's "walls." Your voice is a natural for this tune, even if this is not your natural voice :-) cheers from South Florida, ~Terry

  • Thanks Terry!

  • I am in process of trying to learn to play guitar and sing ......you are so good I may just pack it in and give up! 5+ Stars !!

  • Thank you and don't stop. I listened to a number of your tunes and you are already a better guitarist than I am. Your vocals are just fine, you're on key and get the story across. Tip: Singing is like acting. Very few singers sing with the same voice they speak with - they found a tone and style by trying different stuff. No one ever told me I was a good singer until I pretended to be one. I have since learned that cool singing is acting, pretending. Does this make any sense?

  • You make total sense ...thanks for the kind words and especially for the insight ....You are absolutely right ...it is all about getting the song across to the listener.

Thanks again for your reply...it helps a lot!

  • DUDE! Awesome advice! I've noticed the same thing. Listen to other singers and imagine how stupid they felt the first time the made their voice "animated". Tiny Tim (I know...bad example) didn't really talk like that. The guy from "Bush" doesn't talk real throatie either. Just experiment with it... play in your bathroom because it's a "live" room and you can hear a bit more what you sound like. Just have fun with it and when you hit it you'll know!

  • omg, awsome voice.

  • Nice of you to say. Thanks!

  • Oh wow.

Breathtaking, you should think about going on Americas got Talent or something.

    ;D

  • Thanks! I don't think they take Canadians..Great name BTW.

  • Awesome man

  • Thanks!

  • Dude, you are damn talented! What guitar is that you're playing by the way? I like the tone.

  • Thanks, bro! This is Simon & Patrick Woodland Mini Jumbo. S&P is a line of guitars from the Godin Luthiers in La Patrie, Quebec (the same folks who make Seagulls).

  • Awesome vocals and playing!

    Beautifully arranged, man. =D

    Nice.

  • That's a nice shot in the arm from a player like you. Your tone and skill are top notch. Thanks.

  • damn man sick as usual. I pretty much check your page everyday for new stuff. thanks for the Inspiration to keep learning the guitar.

  • If I'M YOUR inspiration then I'm never gonna stop posting. You've got heaps of more potential than I do. However, thanks as always.

  • Another fantastic cover -- you're tone is so rich and warm. I play too, but you're a true talent, not just a copycat. I love to hear your stuff -- thanks for posting. BTW, nice twist on the lighting.

  • I am humbled. Thank you.
