As soon as that piano hits at 0:30 till 1:25, the atmosphere created by the piano immediately puts you in Hitoshura's place as an audience of Lucifer's call.

One of the best song in the game, Shoji Meguro did an excellent job in making SMT:Nocturne music.

You could be right, because Meguro is obviously not the only one working on both SMT: Nocturne and SMT:Nocturne Maniax soundtrack. If I'm not mistaken, there are 3 composer composing SMT:Nocturne, including Meguro.
