If you can't afford the ND3 the next best thing I've used is the XLR 250 Kill Light by Elusive Wildlife Technology's check them out and they come in green red white and blue yeah I don't get the blue either LOL
I can see we have a few liberal azzholes here, cr123 batteries are cheap and I even have the rechargeble ones out of china... Here in Texas we deer hunt in the cold months, we hog hunt in the rest of the seasons... This is a great product and all batteries go bad in cold weather... Get a grip, carry a few in your pocket if your going huntin when its cold at night... GEEZ...
Cold weather hell!!,... Even Just Cool weather say...60 degrees in Late October California and the unit just craps out. I don't feel like Wrapping. Im not a wrapper!;p)
Better save up for night vision or just think of this green light as a seasonal light only.
Like hot summer nights? It works good in the house though....
@nsw550 Batteries fail in cold weather the unit is fine I carry spare batteries and keep them wamp in a pocket if the units power degrades I just swap the battery and hey presto.

This laser fails in cold temperatures. Buyer beware!
