  • P.S. You're so lucky yyours is online. Ours is all on paper and we have to make 3 copies of EVERYTHING. That's 35 pages times 3, not including references, passport, Letter of Statement...etc.

Hey I noticed you would be leaving with Group A...on what date is that ? Mine is group B, just curious :DD

  • Lol I'm actually with group b. That's July 31st. And I had a jet application is finally here vid but I was so busy that day I didnt have time to finish it lol. I'm sending my app this week I'm so excited.

  • Oh nice! We have the same departure date then...hopefully I'll see you on the plane. Here's to both of us making it :)

  • Yes!!! Whooo. Where r u interviewing? Or requested to interview lol.

  • My interview is in Toronto, Canada...so thankfully you're not my competition :DD Where is your interview?

  • ha ha!!! touche! lol my interview is in DC

  • lol, good stuff...I'm glad I don't have to poison you :PP Good luck!!

  • Hey I had the EXACT SAME questions...I checked with my consulate in Canada and they said that leaving it blank is perfectly fine (Q2B) and all other questions that only apply to CIRs should be left blank, especially if they're boxes. They also said they accept crossed-out lines but I don't want to take the chance of it looking like I sad Y for YES lol. Hope this helped!!

  • K - yeah, I think you're just over-thinking it a bit. On Q2b - it says "for CIR applicatants only" and you want to be an ALT, so you would just leave it blank - don't pick yes or no. (It doesn't make you choose, does it?)

And I would leave the n/a sections where it won't accept an "n/a" blank. Don't stress too much about those, but I'll ask my contact at the LA consulate for clarification.

    Nice vid!

  • Thanks. Yea I tend to over anyalize esp over stuff like this. Thanks for the comment. I hope you feeling better.

  • Yup that's what my consulate told me :)

  • The N/A on the dates and the Yes/No question that you talked about were things I was wondering about too.

If you can't put N/A in a date field, then there's no other option than to leave it blank, so that's what I'm doing. I think as long as you have N/A somewhere in that section, they'll understand it doesn't apply to you.

  • you are lucky - the uk application still isnt out....
