  • This is another STEROID using pussy! Another person who uses DRUGS to succeed in things! Remove his gloves, DRUGS and other supplements and then we'll see how fast his ass gets kicked by anyone, including me.

    I have GREAT conditioning in punches. I have punched over 400 PSI. I don't think this guy would beat me in a fight unless he got lucky as fuck.

    Again, his DRUG advantage my help the poor loser.

    Right on, i think no heavy pro in K1 can do the split, of course with a few exeptions..Cro Cop for example but great kickers even de lighter muay thai fighters cant do it.......en with high kicks, high back kicks you don't use/need 180 degree kicks...:o) any fighter knows that.

  • Not every1 can do 180 degree slipt no matter how long they've bin training.. Besides when will u ever need to kick 180 degrees in the air other than a lame Axe kick

  • The point is not to need 180 degrees kicking.

    The point is being able to overstretch so that you can shorten your muscles faster.

    Look at Mirko's kicks to understand why being able to stretch efficiently is a good asset.

    Now, Jerome does not need it because he weighs 122kg and when he kicks it will feel as if a truck has hit you, but lets face it - he rarely lands good head kicks, especially not against good opponents, whereas Mirko was able to snipe almost every fighter

  • i love lebanner, i train every what you can train on your body, to become a little bit like him later. but i wonder why he stretches not every part of his body. i stretch every muscle for 1 minute.lift weights to, fast and slow for fast and slow muscles and hard my bones and train my instincts

  • Such stretches are better done after kicking and before a cool-down, NOT right after the warm-up. He'd save much time and energy if he'd use state-of-the-art stretches. His range of motion would increase too--without any loss of strength and joint stability.

  • It's an honor to hv u sharing your thoughts, Mr Kurz. People tend to deviate frm what's considered appropriate every now & then. As a professional fighter, I'm quite certain he's well-versed in the nooks & crannies of his trade.
