  • Scenario1 is a bad choice for motivation,because it is,work with no decision making.It is about speed of movements(similar in most healthy humans).Caring employer should set the target such that it could be achieved while working at 55pct of the max speed of average human.Also,bonus should be flexible.Bigger bonus=>speed=>higher risk of work related health problems. It is like choosing to run instead of walking.There is saturation point = max process capacity.

    Increasing targets is bad idea.
