I think this video is great and really helpful, but the music is really distracting, I had to pause the video just to make sure the music wasn't coming from somewhere else on my computer, it made it very hard to concentrate on what you were saying.
I'm not in your downline, and I do things a little differently, but I've shared it with my team because I think it's helpful, relevant, and entertaining. Thank you so much for doing these! Please ask corp to encourage all MDC's/EDC's to do training like this. Sometimes, on the phone, you get distracted doing other things. A 15 min training video is easy to pay attention to, and complements training teleconferences well. Again, thank you for being a valuable resource for all Divas.

Without sounding like a broken record,...I LOVE this video and it is AWESOME! I have great training available from my upline but I always like to get extra tips and ideas from other leaders. I really appreciate that you are willing to share this with everyone and not just your own team members. My question is, what if the party was booked only a week or a couple days before the actual party? How do you still enforce some kind of cancellation policy when it is such short notice?
@OMyGoddessParties In most states, you cannot legally enforce cancellation policies. However, taking your business seriously is important. Your hostesses and customers will take you seriously. If you are full-time, I strongly suggest a cancellation policy and/or a refundable deposit for bachelorette and birthday parties (more of an entertainment fee, really). It will weed out the flakes and outside gifts.
I LOVE this video!!! Would you be able to email me what the left side of the invites say please I am trying to think of wording (i am horriable at wording lol) Thanks Passionatejenn@gmail.com
