The sails in the video are all different. The green one is from Mirage Sea Kayaks. The Mylar ones are custom made by a chap in the NSWSKC.

I didn't notice any rudders....are they using drop skegs?

These are Australian made Kayaks "Mirage 580" it has a fixed rudder no skegs. Great for broad reaching, running and beam reaching. Great for the QLD coast with the SE trade winds
