Very good. I like it. Lead male could use some more training. He kept auto tning to what they were singing behind him. His notes would jump. Does he tune by ear naturally? OOr was this a fluke?

You're not a bad group, especially when already in an upbeat, fast-paced part of a song. You're good at being loud, mostly in-tune, and mostly together. Your choreography also comes naturally because all of you seem to want to be there.

However. Can you sing delicately? Softly? Smoothly? Slowly? A good musician can perform quick and loud. A great musician can perform slow and soft, stretching dynamics up and down to the max over a blissful span of 5 minutes that seem an eternity.

The girl was amazing, but that much soul in the beginning would have been overkill. I liked it.

If I must criticize it, I'd point out the weird tempo change near the beginning. If you are going to do those, you have to be very definite when you change.
