  • near the end of the first flare your bringing your legs back in. bending them i mean, try keeping them straight.

    oh, and hmm, stretches.

    well, theres one stretch that i do thats pretty good, you can sit down and open your legs like a V.

    (against a wall is good also)

    and when they're in a V, stretch towards your left leg, right, and then to the center.

    helps me :D

  • you're doing good, just don't bend the legs at the end :)

    remember to keep them straight

    and start off from standing up and open your legs wide then whip
