@idiotAREstupid There is no liquid inside the bottles. The air from the lower bottle blows through the power into the upper bottle where it leaves the powder-surface, accompanied by a fountain of powder.
only in zero g can u see the nano powder align with some static i think. i remember seeing an astronaut shake a tube of sugar and it was spiraling into itself.
When I was a kid, I always wondered what would happen if you could ground up a solid enough to the point where it become a liquid. Well heres the answer.
Degussa, now Evonik, produces it, they also have sample orders for small quantities, you might prefer the Lotus type with has the really small particles.
@Gr8Success You can also make a "poor man's" nano powder. Simply using your blender and the highest grade crystal you can find. HOWEVER. After blending it you will need to be VERY careful with this powder and the smoke ( also glass [ causes microscopic cuts that make you itch like fiberglass ] ).
[ don't breathe smoke ]
Keep in mind when ground fine enough, it can even pass through plastic wrap. So make a mental note that anything that came in contact with it, must be washed very well.
While the nano powder is cool, the video is terribly made. It doesn't really explain anything. Please try harder next time you make a scientific video.
Every comment is welcome, I think about the comment and it will be considered.
Anyway, more educational videos are planned. Some things can be described and explained in detail as they are known other things just show a phenomenon and can give inspiration.
The bottle caps are closed. The nano substance does infact run 'through' the caps. There is a special effect where materials under certain conditions can pass straight through holes drilled in the caps. Very clever.
dale, what is this pseudoscience bullshit? materials passing through holes? take your new age crap elsewhere... this video is obviously a magic trick.
drink it..

what if you tried to introduce a vortex in the flow? i.e. by spinning the bottle to get it started
anthony81212 1 year ago
@anthony81212 The powder is to light to form a vortex of this small size.

Why on 0:38 have a falling drop of liquid inside the bottle?

@manf1234 also nano powder behaves like water when vibrating

Thats so cool, I'd like to see if that can come in different colors.

You can also make it from the lotus plant. Same results but involves cooking ill post a video.

I wonder if you could move the powder with static electricity?
macrumpton 2 years ago
Charged particles of the powder move along the field lines, just as they should, faster than visible. It was not applicable for a film, - let's see.

I don't get it .. is it like milk?
DonSelwashington 2 years ago
No? It's Nano Powder... Search Nano, Then search Powder. Combine them and... TADA!
Redlightning7 2 years ago
Well i'm sorry smart ass... but milk would've done the same thing.

Guys, would like to ask an idiotic question, but, in some strange way - logic...
So, are the botles' caps on, i mean are they closed ? And does the nano substance run THROUGH the plastic of the caps ?
