@Gridrummer :) I wish I could say it was the mic's. But I know it's really me, I don't have them set right. They do clip easy though, but if I knew what I was doing, I'm sure I could fix that.
I'll be tearing down the kit and rebuilding it this weekend, maybe then I'll be able to fix it.

you must do some eq work on the mics about the 2000 to 16000 khz range about 12 db or so and then it sounds better i think
