I had it serviced via extended warranty. They replaced the power supply and upgraded the converters (they hold juice to charge your tv with enough electricity to turn itself on, like an alternator in a car) to a higher voltage. Other than that, can't help you.

I have both systems. The TV has been fixed and was the source of the problem.
