I've seen a few different wrestling instructionals, but those by Carl Adams seem to be much clearer and more systematic than the others. I'm not a wrestler myself, but Carl Adams always seems to make the principles of the moves really clear.

I agree with you on this 100%! I am a BJJ purple belt and I really want to step away from my submissions just to work on my wrestling. His approach is very clear to understand in indeed. I will be drilling a lot on just his videos!!
