Yes - Marching french horns are usually (not always mellophones.) It's different fingerings. Same as a trumpet.

Not all marching french horns are mellophones. We have some of each at my school. They're both different from a normal french horn. But what the guy in this video has is a marching french horn; not a mellophone and not a regular french horn.
