i found this by accident and couldnt for the life of me remember where it was and if you didnt know already there is a way up the side of the building from the alley if you climb on a dumpster then on an air conditioner something else then the roof

Theres an easier way if you climb up the side of the building instead. Climb up the dumpster then scale the air ducts to the roof and itll get you there faster. Thanks for the tutorial.

ive been to that cop station on heaps of seperate occasions and it is never there, i also have killed all 200 flying rats, and no helicopter is ever spawned at the top of the meTV tower, not even the maverick, is there a specific time of day you need to access it? any help would be great

FAKE you can see that the heli was not landed correctly so you did a cheat and put it thare BUT I MAY BE WRONG!

You can walk into the apt bldg next door to the police stn and take the stairs to the roof and jump to the the chopper from there - just don't forget about the cop guarding the thing!

yeah he lives, but kate dies, thats the better storyline to take, since u can always call roman up and do activities with him even get his secret ability, free fairs ect... however if u decide to take the money all that happens is he dies and ur stuck with a kate that dont wanna listen to u no more.

Yea u do, U just have to fly to the all about me tower in the triangle with a regular helicopter to see it spawn up there, this is only if you have completed the Pest control for liberty city, if you are just looking for it then you will find one at the most northern LCPD Police station in Algonquin, or you can find one at the top of the LCPD HQ by China Town.

you'd expect so wouldn't you. no the police maverick can only be obtained by stealing it from the cops during a wanted level chase. i have done it once and i spend a lot of time on it, try sniping the pilot from a low height. then landing it on ur pad at the safehouse, thats all i know.

Just finish the main storyline and the annihilator will spawn at the airport. Don't waste your time trying to kill pigeons and you don't have to cheat. I went back to a couple different saves before the end of the game and the annihilator was not at the airport so looks like you have to finish before it's available.

damn i used the cheat to get the FIB Buffalo and played some criminal missions. After maybe every mission i wanted a brand new FIB Buffalo and kept repeating the cheat. Then after some time the cheat did not work no more. Then i thought that maybe when i get 5 or 6 stars, buffalos will come chase me but no they didn't spawn no more. It was a good car. When you use the raise the wanted level cheat, you can get 6 stars if you are in the helicopter by the way...
