Often women who have had abortions desperately try to rationalize killing their own unborn child by becoming extremely vocal in the pro-choice movement. The reason why these post abortive women are so militant in defending abortion is because they need to convince themselves that abortion is acceptable. There is increasing scientific research that links the long-term use of the pill to cancer. There is also an increasing number of studies that link abortion to breast cancer. Not all women who have abortions get breast cancer but post-abortive women face an elevated risk of getting breast cancer. Post abortive women also suffer more aggressive forms of breast cancer than women who have not had abortions.
